I'm recovering from my therapist's simple behavior change plan. I am supposed to go to one of 3 places by 11am every day. I went to a seed swap yesterday, couldn't sleep last night since I saw a man in the parking garage get out of his truck and go towards the back seat. I thought he was going to shoot us. Then I sat in a coffee shop with a new person and a friend for 2 hours. It was packed with people and I couldn't get a seat that showed the whole place. I had to constantly look behind me. It was exhausting. I finally went to sleep at that golden hour between 3:30 am and 4:30 am. I slept til 11am. Today I feel like I need to stay in my room. I feel like hiding. What doesn't he understand about PTSD?
