Good to hear nugget is up and well jods.
The problem with men is that its a common belief within their own world that they are smarter than women. It is factual proven that women are actually more intellectually intelligent than men. Women have more capacity than men to remember and retain knowledge. Men use more commonsense, women do not. Women are more bitchy and territorial with one another than men are with one another, hence why men often are put in charge because they are not territorial.
It is not because men are smarter they are often in charge of companies, corporations; it is a misconception that one. It is because they simply get the job done, not necessarily more efficient than a female would, though with the least amount of conflict and the aim is typically achieved.
More and more companies are now changing, because they are seeing with their own eyes the greater impact a female can have on a corporation in order to make money. Slowly the corporate world is changing to more female CEO's, and no doubt within a decade or two you will find the majority are female. I think this also has a lot to do with upbringing. In that the current CEO's are dedicated to their jobs, the are hands on people, like to learn and get dirty so to speak. The generation today want to do less, achieve less, though reap the same rewards. Basically, males are becoming quite lazy yet females still have not changed that much. This will only add to eventual female domination in the corporate world, and males will do a role reversal with once again relearning how to work through being stay at home dads. This will change males perceptions and attitudes IMHO in the next generation, which will do another role reversal at a rough guess. I think it will near become cyclic actually.
