Why do we suffer?
Why do cry?
Why do we get angry?
I don't know why.
Could it be our diagnosis?
Of PTSD!
Is it the result of trauma ?
From a she or a he!
Why are we lonely ?
Why are we scared ?
Why are we so helpless?
On our souls that we have bared ?
Why do we panick ?
Why do we stress?
Why can't we cope?
Even when we try our best!
It's hard being me!
It's probably hard being you!
But wel continue this roller coaster journey,
And united wel see it through.
So let's unite!
Ands let's be strong!
We were right!
And our abusers were wrong!!!
Let's Unravel the abuse.
And Unravel the hurt.
Let's empty our hearts
That's cluttered with dirt.
Let's be stronger!
Let's be fighters!!!

Feel so much lighter.
Turn your tears
Into bundles of laughter
And let's live for today
