News Women Rebound From Trauma Best

due to the emotional connect females have to interpret what they feel
This made me think about something. I always wondered how women maintain unity. How they help each other and stay connected with each other.

May be this is why they can help each other what they are feeling and overcome any difficulty including ptsd. It is very impressive to me.

If you meant menstrual cycles, then no, it's hell for me. It makes both psychological issues and physi...
Yes, there are many of the women who suffer from menstrual pains and cramps, by which menstruation seems to be hell for them, but by regular exercises these pains could be avoided. Still if there exist than hot water bags can help give relief from this pain.

Not exactly new science, and something that is certainly well documented and factual, though it's nice to see them still plugging away for more specifics.

All joking aside... These studies really surprise me.

Pure bias, in my observation, the men I've known with PTSD are the ones seriously dating, getting married, having families, seeking out work they're good at, letting go of yesterday (literally yesterday, when it sucked, if today can be good... Even if years back haunt), looking for the logical route through, etc.

The very male "Have a problem? Find a solution." thing.

Meanwhile the majority of the women I've known (again, pure bias), including myself, tend to get stuck. Throw the breaks on their lives, and quit moving forward, for significant periods of time.

Are these studies unilateral? Women recover from trauma better both by avoiding major effect to begin with, but if effect does present, rebound better after the fact as well... Or is the resilience only in dodging?
