OMG I have DONE THIS. Am laughing so hard my kids are traumatized right now because they never hear me laugh!

Charcoal becomes a staple of your diet because every time you cook something you forget about it until the smoke alarm goes off and by then it is already black as can be. You don't bother starting over because you know the same thing will happen again, so you eat it anyway, or go without.

I posted this on another thread, but was looking for this one to stick it in, since it belongs here to grow PTSD cobwebs and mold. It's what happens when a. You unfathomably put a can of white spray paint in the baking cupboard and b. do not look when in the foggy-world to make sure you have the cooking can of PAM before using the dam think on your best mixing bowl. you know you have PTSd ....

when you fill your contact lens holder with the cleaning paroxide solution, pop the contact lens neutralising tablet out of its seal which should be placed into the peroxide ,.... but instead, you swallow the neutralising pill as it is small, pink and round just like your evening med tablet. Then you wonder why you have insane heartburn all night. In the morning, you place unneutralised contact lens on your eye (the next bit is not pretty - lots of cursing, screaming, crying and one really enlarged, really red eyeball).

..... you only realise what happened 24 hours later, when you remove your used daytime contanct lenses for cleaning, pop another neutralsing pill and realise that this is the second pill in a new pack ..... uuhhhh .... so what happenend to the first neutralsing pill???

..... oh s**t!
..... are those things dangerous if ingested?

I don't think so, but if so I'll see you in the ER when they're figuring out if the 3 small moths I swallowed in the mistaken water glass were toxic, too.
