You Know You Have PTSD When...

You know you have PTSD when every time you seem to be getting into some kind of maybe-relationship-of-some-kind-but-maybe-not-who-knows-what-happens-in-life-anyway-and-where-it-would-go and you start a thread in the sufferers section "Discussion" because you need others' help with sorting through your own feelings and finding possible ways to deal with the situation.

And/or

You know you have PTSD when you realize that you are a lot better in expressing your feelings in writing than verbally, even in a foreign language.

When you *should* be looking forward to going on holiday, but are stressed out by the decision making that is required to pack a case. Worried about messing up the booking. Scared of 'freaking out' in a foreign country (Again). Skin breaks out in eczema due to the stress cup overflowing.
