When a random therapist on the street (at least I think she was) notices you getting out of the car and says "life can be hard, it is right now for you isn't it?" almost sure she was a therapist because she new how to bring me back to the present.

Who ever she was, she was a PTSD angel.

The precursor was saying to my mister not 5 minutes before, "I still haven't made a dental appointment, I need to make one"... then he comes back from the mail box with a funny look on his face and the reminder card. I looked astonished and just sat there trying to figure out what/how that happened.
