I can sooo relate to the "book" one! LOL

You know you have PTSD when you realize that you know more about the condition then your new Therapist !! Been there-done that!

You know you have PTSD when you put on five layers of clothes to go outside to smoke, and as soon as the cold hits you, you realize you need to pee.. so you do the 'peepee dance' , don't enjoy the smoke, and scramble to get all those damned clothes off to go pee.

When you begin to wonder if your T will actually call you to schedule another appointment with you as when you last saw her, she couldn't schedule a time because her phones were dead and you begin to wonder if she will forget you even after her phones have been re-charged.
