Anthony is the founder and owner of this site. He has PTSD. PTSD is never cured although you can with hopefully get to the stage where you can manage symptoms.

You might have PTSD when you know exactly what is upsetting you and why, when you've written about it, discussed it with your therapist, and shared it on the forum.... but it still triggers you anyhow. :(

When you think you can handle a visit from your first ex from 15 years ago, and it totally destroys you emotionally.
The old feelings rise from the surface, many brought about by the fact that he's moved on and happy and I'm still dealing with the hurt and abuse, that I thought were buried. Yes at the moment everything triggers my PTSD. :cautious::(:confused:
