You know you have PTSD, when wrapping a present becomes a major achievement and is so stressful you need more than an hour to finish, making sure not to burst into tears in the process.

....when you are in such a hurry to get out the door for work that you hurriedly put your sanitary napkin on but don't realize it's folded back onto itself...and wonder why there's so much pain 'down there'...
