When you've had about 12 hours of sleep in the past 3 days and then you go to therapy run a few errands come home and fall asleep for 2 hours while your body rests and your brain processes the effects of your therapy session on a chemical level letting you finally get a little rest.
When you wake up from a nap and remember PTSD and processing after therapy are as much of a physical task as they are emotional.
