When you take these sentences super literally and wouldn't move to North Korea for anything, because you're busy moving away from controlling places life long.
When you can hear literally everything. Like the time when 2 tvs were blasting. One in the living room where you were sitting with your mom and your sister and one downstairs. And you can hear something tiny hitting the floor. So you tell your mom and she checks her dog. And it turns out the dog is trying to chew on and keeps dropping a screw from a pair of eyeglasses.
When you have a good dream wake up and the first thing you think to yourself is "what's that supposed to mean". And you spend like 5 minutes considering whether or not you should try to interpret any meanings from the dream. And then you decide not to.
When you and your family are supposed to meet your daughter's boyfriend's family over the holidays and everyone is excited about it but you. All you feel is like you're sure they're going to judge you. And you just want to stay home but you know you can't. And you feel guilty for even feeling that way.

*When you are assigned to a PTSD live group under a T and you think,"Please God no more 12 steps." :clown:
