Can't remember this morning and it's only 14 o clock.

You run around the house panicking because you think you've lost your phone. Panic stations!!! You phone it and find it's where you didn't remember leaving it and have no idea how it got there, no one else touches it though. Then you get to breathe a sigh of relief....yet again :)

*looks in hand, oh yes my medicine. Wait, did I just take it, have I taken it today? Wondering what's better going without it or accidentally doubling a dosage. And this happens quiet regularly.*/ I know I haven't "felt like " filling up the stupid weeks worth of boxes, reminds me how much I am taking. /

Having same problems lately :hug:

I've been taking my meds at a wierd schedule randomly, and like, I skipped a day or two due to dissociation, and I think I maybe doubled to dosage a few days... Chaos

Going to a friends house to do laundry. Tell myself a thousand times to remember to turn off the AC... leave, get a call from her many days later and she is livid that the AC has been on all this time....

That reminds me, I redid my neighbor's landscaping so she can sell the house and she is gone for the summer and the shrubs are dying from heat and lack of rain but I don't pay attention to them because I have agoraphobia and am afraid to go outside so when I remember to look, some are already dying so I put a sprinkler on them and leave her water on outside one or two days because I forget it is on. Almost all of them are dead and I will have to dig them up and replace them.

We live on a sloped wooded ravine and the weeds and vines in the woods are growing through the mulch because they've gotten so much water.

I do the same at my house but usually only leave the water on a day and it usually is running into the street to the end of the block, or else down my driveway into the storm drain.

I vow to give up gardening every year but the flowers are so pretty at the garden center.

When your psychiatrist diagnosis you with a dissociative disorder. ... that about covers it right?!.....And you meet your counselor at a hospital you've been inpatient in a few times...you know you saw her around the hospital. ..you think you first officially met her in outpatient where she shares she has an outside private practice as well...so as fate has it you get her info because the counselor before her got rid of you.....And about a month into one on one counseling with her she shares that she has known you for over a year!!!!!!!!!!!! Say what?!?!?!?! She is thrilled that the psychiatrist has gotten the proper diagnosis so she can reshare this information with you to tell you what you were like when she very first met you as opposed to now!!! :laugh: :lol: :roflol:

:hug: @trying2movefwd I'm glad you have multiple knowledgeable care takers to help you figure this out, and places to go that are safe for accessing medical services, though? also rather proud of you for seeking help, even though it is so very confusing.

Haha @ friday...I'm always twiddling with my hair, and today actually looked at my hair between my fingers...greying?..yikes!
