Hi all, thank you for your support!
I am home now and kind of trying not to freak out. I ate a small piece of cake instead of having the cookie.
So things are now set up
My psychiatrist who is leaving at the end of this month now has a replacement
My psychologist who retired in February now has a replacement
I like both of these replacements
They thought my small planner book was a good idea and praised me for making it and sticking to it. My new therapist is versed in DBT and EMDR, and he and my case worker are seeing if they can enroll me in the June session for DBT classes.
My medications will continue as is
I didn't eat anything until I got home because nausea and talking to people a lot
I now isolate myself because exhausted
Also I filled my day box with to do items and have completed them all. Now all that's left today is to eat something and probably sleep early because tomorrow morning is a new fun activity, telephone interview with the social security administration! Sigh
