Just watched the public meeting of my board of directors where they on videotape and with no regard for my privacy violated my privacy, violated HIPPA, basically implied that they are seeking grounds to terminate me because I am on medical leave (been out for 2 1/2 weeks). I can tell that I will once again be getting denied my raise this year as the only union or non-union employee in the organization for the second year in a row to no receive a raise. At least they are dumb enough to put things on publicly recorded videotapes, FaceBook postings and quotes to the media.If I ever do find a different job I just might be able to sue them for hostile work environment, gender discrimination and wage discrimination. On member of the board filed a criminal complaint against me in January that I was exonerated complete on all complaints. And now this, I really need a different job or a winning lottery ticket.
