I am seeing a therapist, she's on vacation this week. They directed me to her supervisors voicemail but I haven't heard back yet. But I know my therapist has had major concerns about the relationship before.

With my last boyfriend it took me 2 years to leave an unhealthy relationship I knew was unhealthy after year one. I convinced myself I could "help him." It didn't work out so well for me. When we broke up he cried and harassed me with crying voicemails. I had to block his number, and it was hard, but both of us survived, and I think we're both the better for it. I know kinda where you're coming from, even if it isn't the same circumstances. :)

I just don't know how, at least not in immediate terms. I also haven't mentioned she has an almost 9 year old daughter with low functioning autism, who I'm currently watching till she gets home. I guess I have to take some if only a little planning time.

Oh, I'm so sorry. Caring for her daughter does make this all the more difficult. But you still have to take care of yourself. You must know of any resources available in your area to help her take care of her daughter. You can do that.
