i know what you mean, just last night i called a mental health support line and totally broke down - with just this same question, why are things always so bad and why cant i move on from it. its a valid question to ask them!

Anyway, I hope you get support and help from this assessment. Just wanted to respond and let you know I read your question and have asked it myself. It's a journey that takes time unfortunately.

I am so sorry. "the path to healing is not linear." It will take setbacks, standing still, etc...never pretty. I get these massive waves of sadness just out of nowhere. I start to sob and don't want to do anything else. I think it's amazing that you recognize this and are doing something about it! That is so good! Keep looking out for yourself...hugs to you.

Back to Partial hospitalization I go. They just about admitted me inpatient so glad that didn't happen!
