I'm going to war with ASDA supermarket i order my food to be delivered due to the fact i can't cope with large crowds.
My last delivery was nearly 1 hour late found out today from the driver that delivered my latest order that one of the drivers went home with deliveries to make and went to sleep for 3 hours todays order was incomplete and one item was the wrong thing.
How the hell can you mistake 5 bathroom towels for a bath mat?
i phoned the number on the paperwork they give you on delivery to complain explaining the reason i have home deliverys the person i spoke to said they would get back to me that was an hour ago no responce yet and no appoligy from the person i talked to.
It seems all they are interested in is getting your money and that's it no customer sevice no interest in customer problems.

Update i have just received an email from their head office and i have been told their trading operations manager will contact me.

Just got this response in an email.

It has been brought to my attention today that you have made two online orders recently, which have caused you great concern. I would like to sincerely apologise on behalf of Asda. It is our I am to deliver all the items which have been ordered by our customers and on time but clearly in this case we have let you down. In terms of the driver arriving an hour late for your delivery, the driver should have telephoned you, by telling you how long he would take to arrive at your address. This driver will be rebriefed by his manager. In regards to the inappropriate substitute this has been passed to the relevant manager to investigate and take the appropriate action.
If you could call me at your earliest convenience so we could discuss this further.
I am here today until 17.00 otherwise back in on Monday morning.
Again I would like to appologise on behalf of Asda for the inconvenience caused.

I'm so over with having other human beings in my living space. I'm a pretty clean individual but this girl and her child are f*cking tornado's.

Emotional connection is rapidly deteriorating . I'm an emotionally numb monster who wants to be left alone. I don't even give a shit anymore about sex. I just want peace and quiet. I want to go to work, come home change clothes, hit the gym, shower at home regardless of what time it is, sleep without being touched, wake up without having to be quiet and repeat.

Its been a long while, but I have to vent... what really got me today is f*&king college students stealing parking spot! Drove on to campus, followed a guy for 5 mins patiently waiting for him to get into his car (trust me my fiancee made me follow him-I never wait for parking), this set me "off" a bit, but I tried to keep calm.....then outta no where this guy in his truck pulls right in and takes my spot. Of course I'm full blown raging now, I park right behind him and blare my horn, roll down the window and screaming every got'damn curse word I could think of (while flicking him off course) and waiting for him to get out of his truck...my fiancee is there screaming her head off at me to not get out or "do anything", so I wait and wait and he never gets out...finally her begging gets to me and we leave, only to drive around the parking lot for close to an hour to calm me down...needless to say we were all late for class/work (even the dude in the truck probably)...this rage...especially this road rage I need to get it under control...thanks for the rant fellows.

My husband's wanted a Carhartt jacket for a long time now. I don't know why. They're ugly. We found a place in Niagara Falls that sold them, but they only had sizes XL-4XL. The only one they had in a regular large was in a boring muted black charcoal color. He wanted tan or brown.

At first he wanted to just take the boring charcoal one and call it day, but I told him to just make note of exactly what it's called so he can order it online in a better color.

I was pissed that my husband dragged my ass to this shitty sporting goods store that didn't even carry normal sizes. I was pissed that this shitty sporting goods store didn't bother stocking normal sizes, especially after they gave some stupid excuse about it being the end of winter. Winter doesn't really end around there until after Memorial Day.

I said, "What is this? Lane Bryant for men?"

An employee bristled and started yapping at us, not because my joke was kind of offensive but because she wanted to stand there to keep defending and reiterating that they simply ran out of the jackets in smaller sizes and that it's the end of winter, and blah blah blah.

That may be true, but I'm more partial to Dickies outerwear. It's half the price and durable enough. My husband doesn't even work outside, so I'm not even sure why he got that bee in his bonnet all of a sudden.

I'll be moving to the snow belt soon. Not looking forward to anything about it, except the ridiculously cheap housing market.
