Been dealin' with this shit so long I can't remember what it was like not to have a Dragon up my ass. I post replies to what the rest of you write like I know what I'm doing. Then realize I'm on the same road I started in 1967.

So far today I watched a sunrise, took a walk, did a yoga practice, checked on orders for my new book, worked on my web site....................... Nothing works, not CPT, meditation, meds., shop work, NOTHING.

So, I turned to the Dragon. Yeah, he's standing right here. And, I asked, "if he'd like to take a big fat kiss of my ass." Ya see, I can't beat him. He's too tough. But, I can outlast the son-of-a-bitch. Today I'll take my ass kicking the way I always do knowing that old Dragon will run out of energy before I run out of ass.

I'll do this because I know it works. But damn, I sure get tired of ass kickin's.

Brother, you've been dealing with the beast for almost half a century.. You've endured some of the worst the critter can throw at you and you persevere. It has gotten easier for me these past four years, but the first 20 should've killed me. Sometimes our methods to cope just cant stop the beast from raging, but one thing about it SD..the bastard won't win the war, just an occasional battle...hang in there Brother.

Damn straight. Cause that's what we do. We did it then, we do it now. You drag their ass when they can't walk, and they drag your ass when you can't. And we all haul ass as we can. We keep moving.

Snicker. It's not like 'Nah, I couldn't walk last week, so I'm not gonna help carry you this week.' And hell, 2 people gimping and lurching along works a helluva lot faster than 1, even if both of y'all are all f*cked up at the moment. Well. As soon as you find your stride and stop being popped in the jaw from the butt of their rifle ;) Stronger together.
