you're more than welcome and all I can say is I hate it when that happens. I found that cutting back on the strength of the coffee helps me but that just me. I went from 12 cups to 10 and now at eight and I gotta say when I make it, the size of the scoops makes a difference. I also had to cut out the tea because I go bonkers on both.

I watched a step dad that was a vet and an all day drinker of coffee, man oh man that dude was one crazy SOB. I guess what I'm sayin is caffeine doesn't help for whatever that is worth.
 
I am down to drinking green tea and honest to God, I like it. The doc tested me for heart palpitations and she gave me the lecture. You will never eliminate caffeine from your diet but you can at least get it to a minimum. Decaf green tea is fine for me. And my heart has slowed down a lot. I can do the treadmill without wimping out at 1/4 mile. I used to do five miles whenever the feeling hit me.
 
I've cut my caffeine, way down. I drink 1 amp energy drink in the mornings and sip on a 24 oz coffee all day at work..caffeine doesn't help too much with the beast if I over do it. I've cut soda out completely. And green tea rocks..drink it almost every day.
 
Atilla, sorry for feeling like crap right now, though here to say with your dog, you held back. You're having it together, you're not losing it, it maybe isn't all good but you could be downer that path and you're keeping yourself up. Feeling for you with the car though, similar situation in past a few months. Give it time, it will come. There's nothin' pathetic about not having moneys right now.
