Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and just wanted to check in. I have recently been diagnosed with PTSD although I was in desert shield/desert storm it's been a minute. But this ptsd really explains a lot of erratic behavior over the years. I was stationed in Hanau, Germany with 3/20 FA, and Ft Polk,La. Everyday is a real struggle with the panic attacks,etc. I have many triggers such as traffic, crowds,alarms, even fan in most bathrooms. Hopefully I can start to deal with things better before it cost me my wife and kids. it as already cost many friends.
