5 Things I'm Thinking Today

.This a.m. prior to leaving for fitness center, I walked for about 30 or so minutes:D, did not go into weight room where narc woman was:facepalm:;
.Was not slimed with anyone's personal problems this day & now back home, feel different, unsteady, okay, need to just...breathe in...out...;)
.For the first time in my life I've come to realization that I'm addicted to other people's problems, trying to fix them & don't have to look @ self:arghh;;
.Not diverting & starting to see that it is okay to not take on the world's hurts/pains, etc. & to feel more calm & be okay w/calm feelings:tup: scary:eek:;
.It's ok to feel unsteady, and to feel how I feel; feelings (grrr) sometimes they lie, and @times I need to ignore them...and...let it be...:speechless:;
 
1) I SHOULD go to support group and I feel guilty if I don't
2) I'm frickin' tired so I should be allowed to rest if I need it but it's hard for me to give myself permission
3) I need water but I'm feeling lazy
4) I'm quite judgmental of myself tonight
5) I would really like to park myself in front of the TV and have a night off to myself

Bonus:
I just might do that...
 
1. There's not much room for me in the bed now with all these teddies, I almost fell out last night, I'm pretty sure the monkey shoved me :O_o::shy:
2. Lil blast of grunge at 6am :headphone::headphone::headphone::barefoot:
3. Dvds came yesterday! :inlove::inlove::inlove: Leonardo :inlove::inlove::inlove: *swoon* :laugh:
4. I like to move it move it :headphone:
5. :D:sleep:

@Naoru Hope your dogs had a safe flight.

I am convinced that lawnmowers and trimmers are designed for 6ft tall 200lb men and always feel like a little kid struggling with something that is too big. Too bad their aren't "women" sized yard tools.
Remember to create a beautiful and peaceful space in each area your touch.
Find something special to do today....new park?
Live as my authentic self today without apology so there is no regret.
Go ahead and make the curry with three levels of heat, there are no "rules" just to share something that everyone will enjoy.
 
1 Two/three days, i am not sure now, sleeping at 5 am. and awaking at 5 pm. Well...my day starts now :playful::wideeyed:
2 Day one, i forgot my pills. Day two, i was wat ching something on Netflix. Do whatever you want it is clearly winning.
3 I forgot to say that those 12 hours non stop sleeping are full of Nightmares. So I awake like an alien. What planet am I in?
I guess I need to ajust my meds, but I am living in some short on non stop holidays:sleep::sneaky:. And my doc is not in until Sept.
Walks, healthy food, art, chats with real people, films, real planns for Sept, CALM
I like it . And coffee :whistling:
 
1. it's been weeks since I've been here. Mostly because I've been extremely busy. Partly because I was focused on being ok.
2. I don't know how much of that was dissociation and how much was just being ok
3. I know it wasn't all about being ok, because I've been completely blocked from talking/writing about certain things
4. My dog has been weirdly antsy
5. I hope it's ok I'm back. I hope I'm not just tromping into here and using people. I hope I'm not selfish.
 
1. I kid you not, this morning I woke next to the monkey and my other 2 teddies were on the floor :eek:
2. The sausages tasted like chicken :cautious:
3. My tv has a mind of its' own
4. I gave the kitchen a good clean but now the rest of the place is messy! :rolleyes:
5. Please let it be sunny tomorrow, pleeeeeeeease!
