I don't know if you relate with the next: I feel how the person does, but also her way of thinking, her pattern of thinking, like, may be she is very hopeless and nasty and I start to copy her behaviour, may be only in thoughts, but I do. And I go direct into her f*cking mind hell, which never interested me, on the first place...

Yes @Chiqui, I know exactly what you are talking about here, and I do so relate. Sadly so. (sigh).
.Dread tomorrow for I have to be in same building with narc personality type;
.Am learning that often times I truly create my own pain and discomfort by not protecting self more and keeping focus on self more;
.Took down my m.d. shingle and have stopped trying to fix the freaking world which has caused me so much pain, helplessness, etc.;
.So grateful to continue learning, growing, and shedding old-self (caregiver sh*t) and now learning from scratch how to self-regulate, etc.;
.Although tomorrow will have some pain involved, I still have the choice of whether to send myself to emotional hell...or...not. (grateful).
 
  1. Binging is not a good way to cope.It's painful these days.
  2. Gonna work from home tomorrow. Hope my manager doesn't mind.
  3. Hope I sleep soon.
  4. Two cats not feeling good. None of them ate much today but Jasmine isn't eating at all. I think she ate packing paper.
  5. Thankful Spirit Air issued full credit for cancelling this weekend's trip.
 
1. Everytime I try to photograph the sunrise, it disappears behind a cloud :mad:
2. It's fine, I'll sit with the window wide open and my duvet wrapped around me until it reappears
3. One really good shot is better than a thousand crappy ones
4. I need to remember to do the food order later
5. Hope my Leonardo DiCaprio dvds come today, £1.99 for 3 is a total bargain, wanna enjoy Romeo and Juliet all over again :P

Making a mental list of some of the little things that need my attention so they can be knocked out first thing this morning.
Finding that a moderate purposeful pace is the best for accomplishing things without overwhelming myself.
Doors have a great purpose and I just need to remember to use them.
Hoping I having lost the pump adapter as this weekend will be perfect for a bike ride.
Attempting cauliflower pizza crust, but I have a backup just in case. :D

1 ~ Been eating 1200 or 1300 cal a day and am not losing weight. Grrr!!!!
2 ~ Gonna eat more today.
3 ~ I actually remembered something I want to get done today when I woke up. I don't remember being that connected to my life for a little while!
4 ~ Going to a local hill to try n see a sunset tonight, looking forward to it! Been reading up on what are ideal sunset viewing conditions and well, we'll see :p
5 ~ Tomorrow gonna make Tartiflette. Also looking forward to that!

1.I've been burgled by my 13 year old.
Hairbrush, nail poilish, clips, hairspray and cotton pads been taken!
2.Need a new wardrobe
3.My dog looks like he has lost loads of weight after his hair cut.
4.Im getting my hair cut at dog grooming parlour from now on
5.wow! I'm smiling :joyful:
 
1. My ass hurts (took a tumble when Ripley reversed course and tangled up in my legs... ka-boom right square on my butt).
2. Had a good day yesterday and found a job project/thrift store for the developmentally disabled. They also have an art area.
3. Made two calls and a decision and may get shit about it but oh well.
4. Thoughts on Texas about the hurricane and hoping it doesn't linger too long and cause floods.
5. Have two lightly used cookbooks to look through and got two skirts, two tops, a jumper, and a heavily embroidered denim jacket all for 20 bucks. I like that when it happens.
 
Melancholy today and I do not know why.
No hives today, doing proactive healthier things.
Worked in the yard and will do more later on in the day when it begins to cool off.
Forgot to sleep with my new bear.
Don't know what is up with the feeling sad yet.
