1.- I am too nervious and tense for the last 5 days
2.- My BF complains sayong I am speaking harsly to him. It is true.
3'- I am into a couple of things that are going to be good for me in a medium/long term.
I am nervious and worried because of it.
4.- I don't want to self sabotage these changes because of fear of being trigered (is already happenning)
5.- Wanna find the streght to keep them going without loose my temper/breakdown.
