When you wear a chain of sea shells around your neck, each one there to remind you of the difficult barriers you have pushed through & the people who love & support you.

My latest additions are for cancelling my psych appointment & getting myself through a tough time & my new grandchild, expected in February.

I wouldn't be without it!

lol I can most definitely relate to all of these. Here's one i thought of for me-

You know you have ptsd when:

You pretend like you knew what you were looking for, when you had completely forgotten. then you look ridiculous :p
