I cannot drink coffee and black teas or i feel like heart attack heart beats all funny.

Two years ago I wanted to find my 'baseline' so I quit all pharmaceuticals. I even stopped all opiates in favor of MMJ but had to reintroduce the oxycodone/opiates as my chronic migraine just couldn't be helped by weed. But I haven't taken a xanax or ambient still to this day. MMJ for me has been a miracle medicine.

My tendonitis, arthritis, anxiety, ptsd, sleep, lesser headaches and joy, ability to think clearly, are all aided if not alleviated by weed. I truly couldn't list everything that it helps me with.

Who guided you through the CBD therapy dosing

I started and found my own way unfortunately. I mean my neurologist, psychiatrist and family doctor all agreed I should try MMJ for relief but its a newly accepted treatment. One without hard science behind the therapy so I'm afraid it comes with a pat on the back and a hearty good luck but not a reliable dosing schedule. It's something I had to pay for myself in both money and consequence. In my hard earned experience Indica weed (high cbd) is best for me. It needs to have a balance like 10% thc 10% cbd or 10%cbd and 5% thc. All effective high cbd weed will have a balance.

I want to find my baseline also. I feel overwhelmed by pills and supplements. I been trying different oils strengths but dont seem to get any results. Mostly they are 1:4 and 1:8 THC:CBD.

I tried a vape of indica gold as was ripped beyond PlanetX for about 7hours on one drag. Time froze and it was a really strange experience. I did however sleep very deep without night terrors.


I will approach my doc about finding my natural baseline. Thanks a bunch!
