Ohhh okay. Well it was the therapist that told me that is what they came up with, even though my traumas were ongoing, for years... My husband told he is going to take me to see a Psychiatrist to be formally diagnosed. The DSM does not have complex ptsd, which is probably wht I was diagnosed with Severe and Chronic PTSD.
Ummm.... No. I wasn't aware if the eye movement right before I switched alters. I would have to ask my husband to explain it to the Psychiatrist when he takes me ans then I will get feedback from the Psychiatrist on what exactly happened to me right before I switched alters.
I used to have seizures because of body memories and stuff but that was years ago. It very rarely happened.
