Yeah, I've found this too.
Running in the cold was much more difficult for me with breathing.
But, also, the house won't be helping you

Also running-breathing is something that gets waaaaay better over time, and you're only just starting out with this round of running.
Basically my long way of saying: don't give up, it gets better.

I was in London in June 2015 when those 3 terrorist attacks happened in 1/2 days; a mosque, Tunisian beach, and Paris.
My cousin and I were in town and we saw some of the Pride parade that was on (we unfortunately didn't have time to stay for it), and they had increased security personnel, but nothing bad happened there.
If we live our lives completely based on anticipating the actions of other people, we'll have no life to live at all (saying this for my own eyes to read through as well) xx
