Some of my favorite free noise makers around here,
@Changing4Best , are the stainless steel mixing bowls while doing dishes, because depending on the amount of water that's in them, they make the coolest sound when you bang them on the metal part of the sink then swoosh the water around right after. (the hubby eventually asked why ours were all banged up...lol...oops...but oh well...they still function as their intended purpose, and then some)
Also, empty plastic containers or cardboard oatmeal containers with the lids on make great "drums", finger tapping on wooden surfaces, empty toilet paper or paper towel rolls with beans or other small items inside and then seal them with duct tape on both ends for a shakey sound maker, or use plastic easter eggs, or whatever else your imagination can create...no need to spend a lot of money when we're always surrounded by sound opportunities. :) The main thing is to have fun with it.
My faithful feathered friend....always arriving when I need heartfelt distraction the most...landing on one of the property markers made this particular visit even more significant, given the timing of what all is taking place with mom and such...thanks, energy consciousness and grateful observation daily...I hear ya', I see ya', I feel ya':
