Cat diagnosed with lymphoma

I had a cat, who was my world and she got several lumps under her belly near her hind legs. I could not afford a vet for her, so I had to let her go. The day my sister took her to the shelter I said 'I love you' to her and she meowed back to me and then I just lost it and I cried for days and days and days. So I understand the pain of seeing them sick and feeling helpless to do much about it, but you are being a good Mom and she is lucky to have you. I hope that somehow eases your pain.

Thanks, @Lionheart777. I'm sorry you also were in that position. I know that both she and my other cat (who is 26) know they are loved and I try to spend all my outside-of-work time with them.
