Yeah, I love beeswax. It's the best thing for dry hands (among so many other things).
I bought a tub for a family member of mine that works in the healthcare sector whose hands get wrecked from constant washing, gloves, washing, gloves. They absolutely love the stuff.

Was just using moisturiser as more a general term, as I'm really not sure on the states of anyone's (not even my own) supermarket aisles at this stage :)
And I buy my bee balm online, which isn't really a thing at the moment here for "non-essential" companies.

Another good one is coconut oil, though I figured olive oil is probably more on-hand (excuse the pun) for most people.

Another good one is coconut oil,

I have cocnut oil! I use it on my scalp that's wrecked with ezcema which is why I think I've lost so much hair! :(

But, hey, something for my hands!

I don't have beeswax!
Our toilet paper is back. Check your Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market. I just went.

I've had to stop going to Walmart cause it's too dangerous for service dog teams since, at least ours, illegally (if they sell food) allowing aggressive pet dogs and other animals. Here, I was charging all devices in my Walmart after hurricane Irma and was out of power for a week and there was a pet parrot allowed in and allowed the owner to let it flying onto people. Mangers told me they had to allow all animals except reptiles. Ummm, no, your corp disagrees. I stopped going to Walmart after that. Just too dangerous for us!

Either way, when I went for food at Aldi, they brought in 4 packs and only allowed 2 per person so got two. I have about 12 rolls but been conserving it. Only 2 or 3 sheets per go. Cause, if I don't need to go get toliet paper, there is more for others.

I wish all people did that. We run out cause people get way more then they actually need! Only get what you need and conserve what you have. That's my own motto anyway.

I might call the cops about it I'm curious?
Please, please don't They are being overrun by calls like this -- people demanding to know why the cops aren't doing patrols and enforcing the stay at home orders. Most calls "to police" ring into the 911 center as either 311 or secondary lines but it is the same small group of people answering the phones. So every time someone calls in to fuss about the lack of police it holds up the true emergencies.

If you really want to talk to someone look up the number that goes directly to the local precinct and ask for the sergeant.

But the answer is probably going to be this....

where are the cops?

It turns out in the US the quarantine is 7 days after symptoms start or 3 days after symptoms end, whichever is longer. Which means I am on well more than a 14 day quarantine.

We held a group zoom with one group of friends offline that all got sick from the same carrier while the carrier was asymptomatic. (Probably where I caught probable but not confirmed covid 19.) A screen full of folks coughing and looking like crap. It was also helpful. Peer support if you will. Everyone was most concerned about me as I was the only one breathless through sentences. But it was still pretty great to connect. Most everyone seems to have pulled through the roughest part, but all have experienced waves of illness. Just when someone thinks they are better, bam, fever is back. Most could not get tested but their have been enough to confirm positives in the group. There is a doctor in the group and she was exposed, and is one of the few that didn’t get sick but she didn’t quarantine unlike the entire group, and is still going to work. She told work about her exposure they said she still has to come in they need her.

I appreciate the honesty of Dr. Fauci in the US.
U.S. government’s foremost infection disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, says the U.S. will certainly have “millions of cases” of COVID-19 and more than 100,000 deaths." as of now Fauci warns U.S. could see millions of coronavirus cases and more than 100,000 deaths

The whole nation may end up looking more like NY.
“I’m worried that New York might not be the worst-case scenario when you think about other states that have even older and less-healthy populations, and fewer hospital beds available,” said Retsef Levi, a professor of operations management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who has developed modeling tools designed to help public officials prepare for the spread of the novel virus and the disease it causes, covid-19"

I think the US constitution (free this, free that) is biting the US people in the arse right now. This is a time people should not be so free to do what they want, and instead be within a entire imposed lockdown, no more than 2 people in any group, type situation.

I guess unless the higher up's don't mind losing a whole bunch of the population.

I'm friends with the cops in.my town and would never think of annoying them. I understand your sentiment though.

People here are mowing their yards, shopping, with adults and kids playing outside their homes.

It shows me that people continue to be people. People are going to "get out and do things", after awhile inside. I know we've ( my family) have already been in quarantine for 2 weeks
