He obviously is planning on everything opening back-up? Or when people start poking their heads out of the hole?

He basically sent us a check for time off.. Sounds like what he is saying. He's going to open it soon.

Ok but I watched the press conference and it sounded like he said stay home till the end of April. We will see it's shifting . A couple days ago I thought he was leaning towards opening things back up. Not today. Today he was like "not too hasty, don't want any mistakes".

On 1:45 of the utube video I posted or earlier... He said two weeks. He's going to make another announcement on Tuesday. ( that's about all I could watch) he's talking about opening restaurants. Etc

At the end of Feb, what did you think things would look like a month later? I doubt any of us would have guessed exactly right, even those of us who knew things were going to get wild.

I don’t think the president really knows either. He’s probably prepping everyone for staying at home until May, and that seems fairly likely. But he could lift it at any time too.

This is why all the experts say, “This is a rapidly developing situation.”

Give it a day and it will change. The end of April isn’t going to look like what we expect. The numbers of dead peaking in two weeks may change things in a myriad of ways.
