May you find healing. This is work to heal oneself,it takes a lot of willingness to accept help from others. Going within is necessary to ultimately come put stronger. You can do this healing.

Thanks! I do have some more healing to do. I struggle with relationships sometimes as a result. I found it encouraging that people here are sometimes supporters with partners and friends with trauma. I worry sometimes that there is a lack of support for the people in my life that are there for me so it good to know that there is support for that as well. I guess I could ask for help more.
