Christmas Snow Has Arrived

Yep Nicolette! Actually we are kind of lucky it wasn't cold enough to snow, we easliy would have ended up with a couple of feet! I love snow but need to get out and finish my christmas shopping!

Husband declared yesterday that he "was not going to work" because of the snow. The city agrees with him..but he still needs to do some work...so he said " I'll work from home..." so far the only work I've seen him do is throw a ball for the cat to chase. LOL little things make you happy :D

We don't get snow where I live. But by our standards it's been pretty darn cold here the past couple of weeks. Had to shake my head and laugh, though...my daughter's tennis lesson was canceled both this evening and last week because it supposedly was too cold to play...it was 45°F. Daughter was wearing long athletic pants and a sweatshirt hoodie and was totally ready to play. She couldn't understand why the coach thinks it's too cold. :rolleyes:

Yeah, I thought so. It's all relative, though, I guess. 45°F is pretty cold to most people when you live in south Florida. Our overnight lows tonight will get down into the 20's, so there's a "hard freeze warning" and that really freaks people out around here. LOL
