As someone with PTSD I don't just get bad flashbacks, I get good flashbacks to, but all the good flashbacks like a memory of being given a promotion for a job are attached to bad actions like not doing the house-work.So I never notice the good flashbacks because I keep telling myself I'm not allowed to feel good about not doing the housework. How can I compete with these good payoffs? My house gets pretty messy because it seems like I like getting promotions. Does anyone else get good flashbacks and how do you tell them to go away?
