I can so relate to this one. I HATE automatic flushing toilets. Thank goodness the stall doors lock or my attempts to bolt could be even more embarASSing! :laugh:

You know that you are a couple with PTSD when:

• driving 4 blocks out of your way to avoid trash in the road seems reasonable

• your husband is speeding down the highway median and cussing non stop and without blilnking an eye you scream "Hey cut the crap...This isnt Iraq" and he slow down, gets back on the road and both of you laugh hysterically

• you have to drive around the parking lot a few times to find a safe a place to park because there is no way you are going to park in a darkened area or next to tall bushes

• you are out in public and see some guy trying to act cool and you think he might have a weapon and you track his every move, ready to jump on him if you have to. just to realize that the jerk is just acting like he is packing because it makes him look cool.

• when you have more flood lights around your house than most stadiums

When you know you need to email something to yourself so you can access it from the library to print it later, but upon waking don't remember what it was. o.0

I as a man cannot even hold conversations with woman that I know through only keyboarded words that have suffered the greatest traumas from the hand of another male because all I want to do is tell the woman "please send there attackers my way" because the punishment that I would subject and bestow those maggots of this sometimes ever so cruel world still would not fit the crime they committed against the most precious creatures of this planet.

How is that going to help the fragile but strong flowers of this earth heal and grow strong again. And how does that help me try to forgive the obvious troubled and ill kid that has caused me great harm through a seemingly meaningless assault most likely because he himself was probably the victim of a life of trauma that was placed upon him by his supposed guardian angels that brought him into this world.

Well forgiveness is one thing. Justifying him is a whole different thing...no one has the right to assault you, I don't care their past. He is either a criminal and belongs in jail, or if he is truly so sick that he cannot distinguish between right and wrong then locked facility that will care for him.

Don't let him get in your head like that.:tup:

Inside-out clothing!!! I went SHOPPING with my daughter 2 weeks ago with my dam SHIRT inside out, Deb. I didn't see it until that night, for God's sake so not unnaturally asked my dreadful child why oh why she allowed me to tool around like that for the entire day! She just giggled and said well, she thought I knew! No, she didn't, the little rat- she was enjoying herself. :)

But then again me walking into objects that don't exist happens all the time too. I am with out a doubt clumsy. I am the president of the clumsy club:cool:
