KP you have held me up so many times...my turn to hold you up. You are not alone and you are safe!!!! Try your grounding exercises. Do, feel, smell, listen to something that is soothing and brings you peace and joy. Holding you in my heart KP. Hang in there....this really will pass.
 
I feel for you Sandra.

I have lost a couple of friends these last one or two years and it has been quite painful and hurtful.

I feel a bit tired I have studied for 1 hour and 45 minutes (with breaks in between) I have basically covered four topics briefly, just to get an overview. I need to get back to it.
