The sun is out, I have just returned from taking a very nice lady and her to daughter to a hospital appointment. I cancelled an appointment I should have had this morning and spent the time napping.

I did some grounding and visualisation exercises whilst waiting at the hospital and I now feel OK. OK is an improvement I will settle for that for a few days.

Oh me oh my, why did I have children I mean I love them but my BP always goes skyhigh when they keep on at me.

I feel calm still but a tiny bit less so than a minute ago:rolleyes:

I feel nothing I do is good enough for them, and than I get annoyed.
I feel like why do I even bother, should have stayed in bed and away from everyone.

It's like welcome to PTSD people fine one minute and then the next something small happens and fine flys out the window:mad: I hate having this it hinders me being the mummy I use to be.

I'm still feeling cold. I can't wait to get this furnace fixed. I will have to call later today about that.

(((JoMay)) Breathe my friend. I don't know the ages but if possible settle them on a task, watching a DVD, drawing, letter to Santa :rolleyes:, a catalogue of toys for them to tick possibles, then go and lie on the bed and do some grounding for a few minutes.

Re the list, I would tell my girls only put things on their that they really really want as Santa will only pick some. I told them that Mummys, Daddys etc who had some money had to pay Santa so that the children without family would still get presents. It made then realise that stuff costs money.

Feeling much better today. More positive and upbeat. Less stress and anxiety. Less lonely. More okay with being with myself. Think I am ready to tackle a few projects today. Whew....much needed respite from the funk I have been in!!!!

(((hug))) Thank you!:) It is very hard for me to post on here when I feel so down, but then I have people that make comments that help me feel a little better and to have the encouragement I need to get through the moment.
