I think all attendees should be provided with a body sized box/portable room (interior painted as a room design) on arrival, which they can take into the conference with them, should the need arise to isolate - saves them having to leave the conference to do so. It would be handy if the box/room was designed to fold into a carry case for convenience when not required.

There will be hundreds of extra taxi cabs and additional public transportation available in the city during the conference as all attendees will be afraid to drive in a different city.

All emergency vehicles in the area will be instructed not to use sirens during the time the conference is held.

The requisite "Hello, My name is ___________" name tags will be available in small, medium and large sizes for those requiring extra space to list additional selves.

There will also be invisible ink available for use on the nametags for those that wish to hide their identity.

All name tags issued will have adhesive backing as opposed to pins for those of us prone to self harm under pressure.

This is a great idea. I just made a fort out of a dishwasher box for my son and he loves it. I think management for the conference should see if Maytag or GE would donate refrigerator boxes. Just cut holes for arms and head, when we get triggered we can just act like turtles.

Well I have very sensitive skin so the teflon is out for me. But the bubble wrap sounds like fun.
