What about a movie club thread too? Maybe it's to much at once...Just a thought.

You may want to raise that in the normal chit chat forum, whether a movie club is viable or not... if there is enough participation, etc... as that is not close to books.

I have to say, Anthony, this book club idea of yours was fantastic! I need to finish another book I am reading before I can start on the Tiger's Wife. But, really looking forward to reading it!

Yer... Nicolette feels a little abandoned at the moment with the hunger games series... I read more than half of the second book yesterday, and will finish it today, once I have finished other tasks.

I am going to read the tiger's wife at the pace for discussion... as I'm really looking forward to pulling apart the chapters as we go... instead of just summating the book overall, which often so much is missed.

My H has been saying this for years, except of course his would be a deserted husbands allowance :inlove:.

I am still waiting for my books to be delivered :mad:. 10 days to go :tup:.

I have my evening of reading planned, I have my new slippers and I will curl up with a nice glass of wine and read the first chapter. H is away that week so it will be my reward for being brave and coping alone.

All $ aside, my darling husband was facing the 'look of death' tonight when he mentioned starting book 3 of the Trilogy tonight. He was warned that if he opened book No 3 before tomorrow it would not be pretty. Wisely he did not open the book ;)
