Cleaned out the cupboards.

Need to dust and clean up husbands study. The carpets need cleaning.

We are headed to the store for new summer clothing for the family. Then to play Laser Tag together. Have Dinner. Maybe catch a movie! :) I'm afraid to be optimistic out loud. But, I can make this fun for us. I have the power to enjoy myself and that's what I intend to do. I'm gearing up to say positive things and with a smile on my face and joy in my voice. I can do this. ;)

I didn't meet my goal yet today but if not I know I'll take one tomorrow. It's not like a couple months ago. And thank you for understanding. The great thing about this forum is that a whole lot of people can relate and I know that from reading these posts and see that many others are feeling & having the same symptoms as me. I only wish I would have found this forum a few years ago, before I started spiraling down the bottomless pit of nothingness.

Just writing this is giving me the courage to maybe go get in the shower. ;)

I suppose this is my goal for tomorrow as I'm now going to bed :sleep:.

Do what is needed at work.
Vacuum downstairs and if time dust.
Walk the dogs.

Then relax with my book in the garden, English weather has been amazing this week:tup:.

I want to try to make Kadhi Pakoras today.

Pick up the house.

Try to take it easy on myself today, yesterday was awful.

Going to throw on a face pack and wander at will through the house instead of sitting in the bathroom waiting for it to work. Its a luxury I miss as they spook the hubs into thinking masked people are here to "get him".

Then I am having a recuperation day in front of the tv with copious amounts of medicinal Dairy Milk...
