I don't notice a red dot but I do see my avatar in a corner of the OP's avatar. I do watch for that. Thanks for reminding me of that feature.

So in the picture you can see the threads I have participated in (my avatar next to the OP's), threads I have read (no longer bold and no red dot) and those unread (red dot).

Am thinking that it would be nice to have national flags that we could have with out avatars - for me it would be good to have some idea of where people are from - optional for each member of course - but it would help me to feel more grounded if I could see what country someone if from when I was reading their posts.

If a person wanted a subscription link for a permanent donation, then I could provide you a personal one via PC based on the amount you choose. You simply click upon it, make payment and it will continue from then forward until you cancel it via your Paypal account.

I know, when I type, if the word is misspelled it underlines in red for me. Then I right click it and it gives me the correct(usually) options. That might be a setting in my browser. Not sure.

You are not chopped liver! Just missed I think. And I did discover it is my browser that does that not this site. Another one of those duh moments I believe!

@therapybankrupt, It is also dependent on the device. Are you on computer or cell phone? When on computer and in the post, right click on the blank area of the page.

A box should open showing the options available. Click on the spell grammar and see what it offers. You might also find in tools on your browser bar. They are different for every browser as well.

Cell phones don't have, but some cell phone browsers have. But very limited. I have opera mini installed on my phone and when I click right button, it shows me to new tab, edit and delete. Depending on the handset though.
