The only problem I have, and it's probably my clumsiness as much as anything, is how often I click post reply when I'm trying to edit my post. If I'm trying to change something at the bottom of the screen there's a fifty percent chance it's going to be somewhere near the post button. Don't know if it's possible to make it slightly less easier to hit.

@Mallaky and @Born to Run (and anyone else reading this question, re: understanding which part of a post was moderated): you can always post over at the help desk, with a link to the post you were warned on, and ask for more specific information - we are all very happy to help members understand more about site rules and policies.

OK, I've been thinking about this long and hard.

All I have is a wish for a moderator element. No, I'm not going to ask for the colors back :), I think we adjusted. But I wish there was a tracking element for posts or threads that have been moved - so, just like when something has been warned, we see a sign informing us - there would be something specific (not in 'history') that makes it easy to see that a post has been moved from somewhere else, and if we click on it, we are told where that post originated from.

Reason: It's hard to avoid accidentally moving something that has already been moved - you need to get lucky and stumble upon the re-direct notice first, and that's assuming you got there within 24 hours of the move.

Benefit: Only helps a handful of people, but it keeps members from getting frustrated by having their thread bounced around without acknowledgement, and helps mods see easily when something has been moved and from where (by whom would be cool, but not necessary).

Look under the thread tools dropdown in a thread, moderator actions, it shows you any actions performed by staff in a thread on a per post basis.

I don't think it would probably be possible but I also wanted mention it would be convenient to have access to the forum through an app. I'm not sure if many of us do but I access primarily from my phone.

How would it be convenient to access via app instead of browser? An app would require an update per device, per version upgrade... how is that convenient to anyone?

We used an app here before and it was painful, created security issues as an app works independently to the site...

Apps for mobile browsing of a website are nothing more than a nightmare. Anyone with brains has already moved away from third party ones that do this, just as we did here... and shifted to responsive design instead.

I get used to whatever changes you make, and I don't want to be a kill-joy, but I think sometimes not changing things can make the site more user friendly, because it gives non-techy people like me time to learn how to use the site. In particular, I don't understand the changes that have been made regarding wiki's and articles, and I think that would be a very useful part of the site for me to learn how to use.

If I could change one thing it would be... That the Member diaries titles didn't appear on the new Home Page ("Being Discussed Now" section). Will they show up in the "Recent Threads" section now as well? (you know I don't know how to screen shot... so I just copied it from the home page this morning)

Actually the conversation about diaries being on the homepage, even though I understand that nothing has changed with that privacy wise, it has reminded me of the one thing I've thought before that I would like here, and that would be to have more choice over diary privacy. I would like to be able to restrict who can and can't see it the same way I can with my media content.
