Yesterday I made a healthy plate of nachos from a recipe I got in Health magazine. Didn't look like the picture, but turned out well. It had avocado, salsa, white beans, cheese, whole grain chips, celery and fresh lime juice. It was suppose to have onions but my stomach does poorly with those. Plus the cheddar cheese was suppose to be low fat but I haven't met one that doesn't taste like rubber to me. My husband and youngest son liked it. So did I though I'm not sure I would make it again.

As for today, I'm not sure what I've done. I want to write but that hasn't came yet. I still have a few hours left in the day. Wish me luck, even if silently.
