So, the operative word in your question is "direction" Is it a geograpical direction? I'd say the correct direction is "forward". Even if it's 2 steps forward and one step back. Of course, your direction may just be a move across the hall like Venusian. :roflmao: After all, it's just a therapy ball, not brain surgery. :roflmao:

Ha, the Therapy Ball supposedly has 20 answers, but none of them "yes" or "no". But then again, I doubt a real Therapist would give you a yes or no either. I went to a few short term early on in this PTSD journey and I don't think I ever heard a simple yes or no, LOL

I know Orb is b....s..., but if anyone else was your master this would not be so much fun. It gives us a fun side to venture. A bit of laughter on a cloudy day!

I enjoy the masters inflection as well! My crystal ball says he should try stand up comedy with a twist! Can you see the gathering of comedy for PTSD.
