I found that when I feel that way, there has been a trigger I didn't know I had. I try to think back on the day and what was my first sense of something not right. I can usually spot what ever it was. Either a sound, or a taste, or a smell. seeing something or someone, or a touch of something. One of the senses has been taken back to a memory of something really bad in my past. Once I recognize what it is, then I can ground it and I begin to feel better almost immediately. The mind and body all work together.The times I remember having this anxiety were when I was not very well emotionally, or mentally, a
