No. I think, if someone met car accident. They will be traumatized by the disastrous event, but I don't think they would be violent.

If someone gets ptsd from violence such as military, then that is possible because they will be likely to pick up those violent traits and behavior.

Slight disagreement here - if that car accident was arranged by someone else, or purposeful bad driving as a threat or intent to harm/kill, we're pretty much having an incident of violence. (But I got 'simple' car accidents were meant. I'm just nitpicker as all hell.)
