What do you all do for rehydration?

Hi @Ms Spock
For the longest time I just ran with a bottle in my hand. But then I got tired of it and tried a few things like the bottle/gel belts but I didn't like the 'swish, swish' against my hips as I was running.

Then my friends chipped in and got me this for a birthday gift and it's been fantastic. There are other vest options like this and probably not as expensive...

Elliptical machine 30 minutes, a light day.

Lots of stretching though! The physical therapy goddess gives me more and more stretches, and 1.5 years of those is starting to really make a difference in how mobile my shoulders, neck, etc. feel. Range of motion is really finally improving, there were so many joints that were immobile, fascia takes a while to loosen.

Still get the strange itching in left side places, hand, foot, jaw, and floating unknown-in-space-area... (maybe I have an invisible left wing?) She said the word "proprioception" last week.

(I'd not apparently had deep sensation in parts of my left side in particular before starting to work on trauma-held-in-body stuff; unfortunately those areas were generally quite tight too and it's created some arthritis over the years of being locked up.)

So, Stretch stretch mobilize mobilize... glad I have the habit of exercising.
