I just walked into a shop where the woman behind the counter had two little dogs on her lap. One was sitting, the other was standing crossways on top of it so all you could see of the sitting dog was it's head poking out from the side. They both seemed very settled.

At work we have a resident robin whom everyone secretly looks out for. I walked into my laundry room and he was flying around in the room. I ran to the maintenance guys to ask for help to get Mr Robin out safely...they instantly offered help on hearing who it was. We got to the laundry room door and who was sitting, outside looking at us, head tilted. I don't know who was cuter, Mr Robin or the look on the faces of these alpha males....Obviously relieved that Mr Robin was safe and sound.....the big softies.

Speaking of robins, I saw in a magazine that a robin had white spots on him and they made him look like a dalmation dog!

And last night my daughter wasn't feeling well and Smokey, let her lay her head on him while he purred. He's becoming a good support cat.

Two birds chasing each other, and when the smaller one got lost, the bigger one went to look out for them and flew around in so wild circles. Amazing search & rescue, made me smile for hours.
