What Cuteness Have You Witnessed Lately?

I picked my toddler up by her ankles tonight(I promise, I wasn't hurting her..I wouldn't ever!) we were laughing and I said "I caught a keeper, are you a keeper Ro?"

She giggled...."Yeah, I a keeper mama"

A video on FB that showed 2 infants in a crib together. One was sleeping, the other one must have been hungry. He/she kept trying to suckle on the sleeping baby'cheek.

Made me smile.

My 2 you granddaughter was sitting on the left side on my lap, my dog on my right. K kept babbling in her own language ( which was irritating me), her favorite song (my least favorite) for the 50th time, TV was on and the dog wouldn't stop barking. I was having a melt down because loud, sustained noise coming from multiple directions and origins sends me into noise overload.

Directed towards the dog I said "if you don't stop I am going to have a kniption fit, my head is going to split open and my brain is going to fall onto the floor! You don't want to see my brain on the floor, right?" To which K said "right"

Lol, guys, so many great stories and videos!

Yesterday we dogsat Gunner, our part-time dog, a big yellow lab, and our littlest cat Sonja was lying on the floor next to him in my office. It was so cute. Especially because she is so extremely shy, but she seems to like Gunner. I think he's still a little nervous around our cats, but he's a sport.

I put some maple syrup on my cat's nose and she spent the next half hour licking herself.:D

My cat eats wet cat food. She scoops it out of her dish onto the floor. When she's done she spends a good half hour licking her paw.

Not to mention that her nose, whiskers and chin are covered in cat food. She's a hot mess. But a very cute hot mess:)

lab, and our littlest cat Sonja was lying on the floor next to him in my office..

Labs are amazing dogs! Once I found my lab one morning with baby kitten in his mouth, bringing into his dog house. I was a kid, got Very Upset, I went off on him since he wouldn't listen to any commands I taught.

He just looked at me with very sad eyes. Like I can't listen to you. Just follow me.

Then I saw several baby cats in his dog house. I then followed him on his trip. He found a homeless cat that died giving birth. Even though he was a male lab - he was doing what he could to save them all...for him that was just getting them to his dog house for protection ( lived next to forest and woods.)

I skipped school to go buy small baby bottles and baby formula to feed them.
